Mustard Mayonnaise Marinade

Yield: 1 cup

Add olive oil to shopping list 1/3 cup olive oil

Add red wine vinegar to shopping list 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Add dry red wine to shopping list 1/4 cup dry red wine

Add chopped garlic to shopping list 2 cloves chopped garlic

Add dried basil to shopping list 1 teaspoon dried basil

Add hot and sweet mustard to shopping list 2 tablespoons hot and sweet mustard

Add ketchup to shopping list 1 tablespoon ketchup

Mix all ingredients to blend. Marinate steak or pork chops for at least one hour in refrigerator. Prepare meat as desired.
