| 12 | cups | fresh torn spinach leaves | |

| 2 | cans | (6 oz.) chunk light tuna, drained and flaked | |

| 1 | medium red onion, sliced into rings | ||
|
|
|||
| 4 | ounces | blue cheese, crumbled | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | pecans, candied | |
|
|
|||
| creamy salad dressing of choice | |||
|
|
|||
For each serving, place 3 cups spinach on plate. Top with tuna and 1/4 cup each onions and blue cheese. Sprinkle each salad with 2 tablespoons candied pecans. Serve with dressing.
